Full Time Detail Technician
HOURS / WEEK: 40 (Exempt Salaried Position)
DAYS / WEEK: 5
SHIFT HOURS: Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 6pm *Exempt*
Salary: $15 - $19/hr

PTO: This position will be eligible for benefits and to begin earning PTO after the first 30 days
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Full Time employees enjoy many benefits working with our company including paid on-the-job training, paid benefits, paid holidays, PTO and an all-around nice working environment for a local family-owned company. Previous relevant experience and a valid Utah drivers license preferred not required.
Detail Technicians must be able to complete all the physical tasks associated with the entire detailing process to include but not limited to: shampooing carpets, washing, buffing, waxing, vacuuming, steaming, conditioning, cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing. On occasion, Detail Technicians also assist in customer service and will be trained on how to speak with customers to assess vehicle needs, provide price quotes and set up appointments.
Full Time Detail technicians work Tuesday - Saturday and are considered salaried exempt employees after their 30 day training period. After the 30 day training period is complete, Full Time Technicians are transitioned to salaried exempt employees and can begin enjoying the benefits our company offers to FT staff including Health / Dental /Vision & Life Insurance, PTO and paid holidays.
