Do I need to remove personal items from my vehicle?
Please remember to remove as many personal items and/or car seats prior to your appointment. If needed, you can store loose change or other small items in your glove box. We do not detail this area. Any items we find through the detailing process will be placed in a personal items bag and left in your vehicle after the detail is complete. Thank you!
What is considered an XL vehicle?
Minivan, vans, XL SUV's such as Suburbans, Excursions, Yukons etc. are always consider XL vehicles. Trucks that have dual rear wheels, camper shells or an XL lift are also considered XL vehicles if they are having a service done that involves the exterior of the vehicle. Smaller SUV's with a 3rd row option like the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander or Chevy Traverse could be considered XL vehicles if the third row is down and used for passengers on a regular basis.
Can you drop my vehicle off during when you are closed?
Yes! You can drop your vehicle off anytime of the day! Just part somewhere out front and drop your keys in the key drop box located next to the office entrance.
How do I know if my vehicle is considered "Heavily Soiled"?
In general, vehicles that are heavily stained or covered in excessive dirt or mud are considered heavily soiled. If you are not sure if your vehicle is or not, no problem! A technician will look over your vehicle prior to your service when you drop it off. At this time the technician will let you know if there will be any additional charges. If you are not in agreement with the technician on a decision about the soil-level of your vehicle prior to it being serviced, you are always able to cancel your appointment with no additional cancelation fee.
How far is advance do I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
24 hrs notice is required for the cancelation or rescheduling of any appointment.
Can I use more than one discount or coupon at a time?
We allow one discount, coupon or special offer to be used at a time. Thank you.
I have a business, how can I setup a commercial account?

Do you take walk-in or same-day appointments?
On occasion we are able to take same-day appointments. Our online schedule will not allow you to book an appointment less than 8 hours in advance, however, you can call our business office at (801)394-3844 ext.2 to see if we have any same-day appointments available that day. Thank you.
