Car Wash Club Membership - Terms & Conditions
- I authorize ATTENTION TO DETAIL - UTAH'S AUTO DETAILER® to charge my credit card account on a monthly basis for the selected plan.
- I understand this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force until I cancel by giving 30 days written notice sent via email to [email protected] .
- I understand that a written notice sent via email to [email protected] is required to request cancelation.
- I understand that cancelation requests must be sent 30 days prior to the next scheduled charge.
- I understand that if I wish to cancel my account before the six month minimum period has completed, I will be a charged a cancellation fee equal to 150% of my monthly membership fee.
- I understand that cancelation requests made after the six month minimum signup period are not subject to a cancelation fee, however, they too require a 30 day advance written request of cancelation.
- I understand ATTENTION TO DETAIL - UTAH'S AUTO DETAILER® may cancel this plan at any time, and that the plan will be cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. Any additional charges not settled will be billed to the customer name and information on file.
- I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather.
- I understand that my credit card will be added on file after my first service appointment and charged monthly after that whether or not I attend my scheduled service.
- I understand that I can add two vehicles to my account. Only one vehicle can be serviced at each scheduled appointment.
- I understand that if my vehicles are considered XL, heavily soiled or need pet hair removal I may be subject to additional surcharge of $10 per item for that month.
